Your Personal data is processed on the basis of the granted consent – for marketing purposes (legal basis: Article 6 section 1 letter a of the GDPR) , in order to conclude and perform the hotel services agreement ( legal basis: Article 6 section 1 letter b of the GDPR)  and in order to implement our legitimate interests (Article 6 section 1 letter f of the GDPR). Our legitimate interests justifying the processing of personal data include the pursuit of claims related to the hotel services contract. Your personal data may be transferred to entities that provide us with legal, accounting, IT, courier  and postal services.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international entities. Your personal data will not be  processed during the period of the contract for hotel services, and after its implementation, for the period of limitation of claims related to the contract.

You have the right to access your personal data requesting as well the rights to object to the processing . Furthermore, you have the right to request the transfer of your data to another administrator.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data a tany time, which does not affect legality of the existing processing activities.

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office  for Personal Data Protection if you think that processing of your personal data violates the legal provisions. Providing your personal data constitutes a condition for conclusion of the hotel service contract and in the event of failure to provide the data, the contract will not be concluded with you.

Your personal data is not subject to automated processing, including profiling.
